I'm Erin, Speaker and Professional Development Coach
I spent 8 years as a professor, applying my Phd in organizational communication to the college classroom. But, my life-long love of personal and professional development led me to a career as a business owner, professional speaker, and master coach.
I specialize in helping women adjust and thrive as they level up and grow in their businesses and careers. I have worked as a full time speaker and now as a full time coach. I know what happens as we reach new milestones and challenges and how lonely and overwhelming it can become.
I have clients who are just reaching a secure, full-time business status, and clients who are running multi-million dollar businesses. I work with speakers, coaches, designers, product based business owners, etc.
What they share in common is the growing pains of navigating new opportunities and growth.
My coaching isn't cheerleading or simple positive thinking. It's deep mindset work that helps you to shift the pattens that are creating anxiety, overwhelm and self-doubt.
